Mission
The mission of the Department of Civil Engineering is to develop highly competent professional engineers by providing them quality education and research opportunities hence preparing them for highly dynamic and ever-changing needs of the industry. Special emphasis is on inculcating leadership qualities, entrepreneurial skills and values to become a valuable member of the community.
Department’s History
The Civil Engineering Department (CED) was established in 2020, the institute prides itself on the quality of its programs, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The programs are designed to provide graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills to stay up-to-date with advancements in innovative engineering research, followed by the practical experience to meet the demands of the civil engineering industry.
CED has skilled and experienced faculty, laboratories equipped with advanced equipment’s, and modern computing facilities. The faculty’s exceptional efforts to foster student learning through problem-solving and activity-based teaching have been acknowledged and recognized by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
